Hi Anika, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few things:
1. We use high quality elastic to ensure high durability and elasticity. After approximately 18-20 tests, we landed on the perfect elastic size to avoid early loosening of the elastic as well as extreme tightness around the hair + letting the scrunchie perfectly wrap 2x around the hair (in pony as well as bun hairstyle).
2. Our fabric is 100% cotton, colors are fast and it is pre-washed 2-3 times before garment construction to avoid shrinkage issues for the customers.
3. On all our products pages, we have clearly mentioned that these are hand block prints not digital prints, so the colors may vary. Temperature and weather can affect the print colors. We understand that you expected the colors to be little different, in such cases you can always reach out to us if you face any issue

The scrunchies are great.. lovely prints. The band wasa bit tight initially however is perfect after wearing few times.

It was overall good, felt comfortable and the colors were indeed good as well. Loved the design tho the only thing I felt a bit off about is I thought the scrunchie would be puffed almost similar as shown in the image. However, it was good.

Honestly it was not what I expected , I was expecting better product, the quality is good no doubt about that ,but bandana need to be versatile in nature so that you can wore it according to your preference but because of the ribbon on both side it's hard , you can make two three Styles only which is still considered good but after wearing it on your head both side design make it look so bad that it's look like some kind of horn ,if there would me more cloth you might tuck it in but because it's so small and on other parts it's so big that even after wearing it perfectly it still looks very awkward, and the cost is too high according to what you are selling, hopefully you will try to make some improvements.
