Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

To cancel, customers must log in to their account on our website, open the Orders section, select the order they wish to cancel, and choose Cancel Order.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be initiated. It will take 5-7 days for the refund to be successfully processed. In case you do not receive the refund after 10 days of refund initiation, kindly reach out to us here: help@odhanon.in.
