Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer express shipping? Plus

We offer only standard shipping currently. For urgent delivery, send us a request by filling the form above or mail us here: help@odhanon.in. We will try our best to assist you.

When will I get my order? Plus

Our processing time frame is 3-5 days. It takes 2-10 business days PAN Indian to deliver the order.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?  Plus

Yes, send us the updated info via contact form or mail us at help@odhanon.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Product & Stock
How do I care for my garments?  Plus

Care instructions are included on the garment tag as well as on product pages. We recommend you to follow these wash care instructions for longevity of the garment life.

Order & Payments
I cannot see COD option. What should I do? Plus

If COD option is unavailable to you, it can be because: a) your zone area is not available for COD service or b) your account has been blocked from our COD services due to your past shopping history with us (causes can be multiple same outfit orders, multiple failed delivery attempts, rejecting the package upon delivery etc)

You can place your order using one of the prepaid payment methods.

How do I know you've received my order? Plus

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to a thank you page with order details. You will receive order confirmation via email as well as Whatsapp. It can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! If you don't receive any of these, reach out to us.

Return & Refunds
How can I return my online purchase? Plus

1. Log in to your account using the email ID you have used to make the purchase.
2. Click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit the return for. Please note, you will be able to use this option only till your return window is open.
3. Select a reason for return
4. Click Return request

Within 1-2 business days, your return will be created and you will be notified of the same. The return package will be picked up in 1-3 business days.

How will I receive the refund for my returned order? Plus

The picked up return takes some time to reach our warehouse. Once arrived, refund is initiated after a successful quality check. Once initiated, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

I have requested an exchange, when will I receive it? Plus

We dispatch exchange after your return shipment reaches our warehouse. It can take upto 2-10 business days to reach your address.

Is any item not eligible for returns? Plus

Sale items, accessories, gift cards and mystery boxes are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
