We initiate the refund once the returned item reaches our warehouse and is successfully inspected.
The refund is initiated within 1-3 days of receiving the return. Refund can take upto 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

In case you want Store Credit, you can drop us a mail. We will generate a one-time use discount code equal to the refund amount. This code will remain valid for six months.
For COD orders, we do manual refunds back to the source. Store credits are issued when required or requested.
