Kindly note, our return and exchange policy for international orders has been updated on May 16, 2026.
We take returns and exchanges for international orders within 3 days of delivery. The return shipment will be shipped and charges will be beared by the buyer. The items will be thoroughly checked upon arrival at our warehouse before the refund is initiated as store credit. The exchange shipment charges will be borne by us.
How to raise return:
1. Log in to your account using the email ID you have used to make the purchase.
2. Click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit the return for. Please note, you will be able to use this option only till your return window is open.
3. Select a reason for return
4. Click return request
Please note, any shipment sent to our warehouse without return approval will not be eligible for the refund.
