• Raise request within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging
• Only one return/exchange per order

Return & Refunds:

• ₹250 fee applies
• Refund after quality check
• Credited to original payment method or store credit. Learn more in our Refund Policy.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• If quality check fails → item shipped back (₹150 fee applicable)

How to request return:

• Log in to your account.
• Select the order you want to return.
• Click on Request return and select a reason to return.

Within 1-2 business days, your return will be approved or declined depending on your eligibilty and you will be notified of the same. Once approved, package will be scheduled for return pickup.

Please note, we reserve the right to reject your return request if we do not find you eligible to create one.

Important notes:

• Non-returnable: Accessories, sale items, gift cards, mystery boxes.
• Damaged/wrong items: Report within 24 hours with unboxing video.
• RTO (refused orders): COD payments will be disabled for customers who refuse the order acceptance; Re-shipment requested by you will be charged at ₹150
